Introduction
An Organization Library is a collection of files that are listed in a special section of the website in a very user-friendly format depening on the type of file. There are three types of libraries: image, document, and media. All three types of libraries can be given a name and description that describes the items that are contained within that library. Similarly, each item within a library (which is the actual file) can be given a friendly name as well as a description that describes what that item is.
Prerequisites
Organization Libraries are a built-in standard feature of the website so there is no need to create a specific page within the menu for displaying your libraries. The top three libraries (as defined by the Sort Order) will automatically appear in the right-hand column of the organization home page, each of which appearing as direct link to a page that lists all the items in that library. A "View All" link is also displayed automatically which links to a page that will list all of the libraries. If you'd like, however, you can also create a specific page for listing all of your libraries (Page Type = Library List in the Web Page Form).
